NEVER GIVE UP....

An important lesson that i learned in my past is to never give up:Always persevere.If you fall down,then get back up and try again.It does not matter if it is the first timr or the millionth time,you must always get back up again.Regardless of what challenges you are facing, you have to keep pushing forward.Life isn't going to slow down for you, so you have to work to keep up.EACH time you get up, that is more charcter, more strength you have developed.It is always important to set goals for yourself.Never stop reaching for the stars.Sometimes tomorrow is about learning from yesterday.

WHAT IS LOVE?

Love is a force of nature.However much we may want to, we cannot comman, demand, or take away love,any more than we can coomand the moon and the stars and the wind and the rain to come and go according to our whims.We may have some limitted ability to change the weather, but we do so at the risk of upsetting an ecological balance we dont fully understand. Similarly, we can stage a seduction or mount a courtship,but the result is more likely to be infatuation,or two illusions dancing together, than love. WASHING YOUR HANDS

To avoid getting ssick, wash your hands properly. Wet your hands, then wash with soap or with an alcohol-based hand sanitiser for at least 20 seconds . Lather between the fingers and the back of your hands.Clean grubby nails with ascrubbing brush, if one is available. Rinse both sides of your hands , preferably under clean running water.Dry off your hands with aclean towel or let them dry in the air. WASHIN YOUR GENITALS

Men who are uncircumcised can clean their penis by gently pulling back the foreskin and washing underneath it with warm water and soap .Read more about penis care. Women can gently wash the delicate skin around the vulva with a soap -free wash , salt water or plain water . Avoid perfumed soap and bath products since these may irritate the sensitive skin of the vulva .Do not douche ,because it upsets the healthy good bacteria in your vagina. During menstruation [your periods ] ,wash your vulva as usual .Tampons can be changed every 3 to 4 hours .To avoid toxic shock syndrome ,do not leave a tampon in for more than 8 hours .Change sanitary pads several times a day .Wash your hands before and after changing tampons or pads.

WASH YOUR BODY

Try to bath or shower each day.Wash well, especially under your armpits and around your genitals and anus. Keeping clean will prevent skin irritations and remove bacteria that cause body odour. Wash yourself with soap, shower gel or a hypoallergic body wash. Soap removes more germs, but you may need to wash sensitive body parts with plain water or salt water.If there is no tap water or it is scarce, clean yourself with a clean wet cloth or sponge. PREVENTING BODY ODOUR: After washing ,apply deodorant to your armpits .Put on clean , dry clothing .Wash sweaty or dirty garments well and ,if possible ,hang them outdoors to dry .If you have a problem with excessive sweating ,make an appointment to see a doctor

Good hygine is vital because it helps prevent you and your children from getting or spreading germs and infectious diseases. The germs that cause many diseases can be passed on through touching other people,gettind faeces on your hands, handling contaminated food and coming into contact with dirty surfaces or objects. What happens when we get angry?

When we get angry, the heart rate, aterial tension and testosterone production increases, cortisol(the stress hormone) decreases, and the left hemisphere of the brain becomes more stimulated. this is indicated by a new investigation lead by scientistsfrom the university of valencia thst analyses the changes in the brain's cardiovasclar, hormonal and asymmetric activation response when we get angry. inducing emotions generates profound changes in the autonomous nervous system, which controls the cardiovascular response, and also in the endocrine system. in additon, changes in cerebral activity also occur, especially in the frontal temporal lobes.

Stop body shaming

Dear girls across the globe, lets stop body shaming each other with harmful comments about how another girl looks or doesn't look. We are all beautiful in our own unique way; so lets spea about each other with dignity that we would want others to to have when they speak about us. Body shaming can cause a decrease in motivation,depression, eating disorders, reduced self esteem, stress, mental problems and many more. EVERY WOMAN IS ALLOWED TO FEEL SEXY. Juddging a person does not define who they are,it defines who you are.

Have courage

Courage is considered by many to be one of the most important human virtues. Learning how to be ourageous, even if itis just to ask out that person you have had your eye on for so long, doesn't mean not being afraid . it means learning to do things despite your fear. always be midful, being midful is when you are fully present in the current moment.mindfulness can help you change your brain to deal with fear in a more effective manner.

i just want to tell you that you are beautiful the way you are, God made no mistaks on you. Its that heart of gold and srardust soul that make you beautiful, you are beautiful beacause of the light you carry inside you and you are beatiful because you say you are and you hold yourself that way.
