Neurotransmitters

Neurotransmitters are chemical messengers in the body. their job is to transmit signals from nerve cells to target cells. Thes target cells may be in muscles, glands, or other nerves. the brain needs neurotransmitters to regulate many necessary functions icluding: heart rate breathing sleep cycles digestion mood concentration appettite muscle movement The nervous system controls the body's ogans, psychological functions, and physical functoins. Nerve cells, also known as neurons, and their neurotransmtters play important roles in this system. Nerve cells fire nerve impulses.they do this by realising neurotransmitters, which are chemicals that carry signals to other cells. Neurotransmitters relay their messages by travelling between cells and attaching to specific receptors on target cells.each neurotransmitter ataches to a different receptor - for example, dopamine molecules attach to dopamine receptors.when they attach, this triggers action in the target cells. After neurotansmitters deliver their messages , the body breaks down or recyclrs them.

  20. Well here's a piece most Biology teachers should take note of. I can't really say this information is new or much clearer to me that which I have learned, but this I'll say, what you have written here can actually help someone who is struggling in that particular topic understand what's being discussed. I'd like you to continue in this manner. While at it, I'd like you to also include a script on the Spinal cord and the CNS in the sense that the majority population will understand as they have with this piece. You're endowed with such good educational knowledge and eloquence.
