What happens when we get angry?

When we get angry, the heart rate, aterial tension and testosterone production increases, cortisol(the stress hormone) decreases, and the left hemisphere of the brain becomes more stimulated. this is indicated by a new investigation lead by scientistsfrom the university of valencia thst analyses the changes in the brain's cardiovasclar, hormonal and asymmetric activation response when we get angry. inducing emotions generates profound changes in the autonomous nervous system, which controls the cardiovascular response, and also in the endocrine system. in additon, changes in cerebral activity also occur, especially in the frontal temporal lobes.

  20. Thank you very much for this wonderful piece of writing. How I wish you wrote more on this. But nevertheless, people will now understand what we mean when we say nothing good ever comes from anger related works. If it already doesn't work for your body, what more about your environment. I daresay one would seem like a hazardous material and will be treated with high caution by the community. Now where's the fun in that??😂
